The Capital Markets Manager will shape and execute Tilt’s funding strategy across Brazil, Mexico and the United States, overseeing structured‑finance deals and day‑to‑day treasury operations. You will build institutional relationships, manage liquidity and FX, and partner with credit, data‑science and legal teams to fund loan‑origination growth.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end funding strategy for Brazil, Mexico and the U.S.
- Structure, negotiate and close debt facilities with banks and institutional investors
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of lender relationships across the region
- Design funding vehicles that respect local regulations, currency dynamics and tax structures
- Own daily cash and liquidity management, including forecasting, draws, paydowns and FX hedging
- Lead investor relations, preparing credit decks and presenting to counterparties
- Partner with Credit, Data Science, Legal and Finance teams to align financing with portfolio risk
- Represent Tilt at conferences and investor events in the Americas
Good Fit If You Have
- Strong quantitative background and comfort with portfolio economics
- Executive presence and ability to communicate complex structures to senior stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus
- Deep experience in Brazilian capital markets and securitization
