Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
Tilt seeks a senior leader to own all non‑customer‑facing risk operations, from fraud prevention and dispute resolution to back‑office processing. The Head of Risk Operations will drive automation, set SLAs, and partner with compliance, legal, product and engineering to keep the function audit‑ready and scalable.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Own end‑to‑end non‑customer‑facing operations across fraud, disputes, mail and refund processing
- Define and enforce SLAs, quality standards, and operating rhythm for 30+ workloads
- Build and execute an automation roadmap to cut manual‑review volume and dispute cycle time
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of team leads and investigators, including hiring and capacity planning
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to translate regulatory changes into operational controls
- Manage the fraud‑and‑dispute technology stack and vendor contracts
- Maintain an exam‑ready control environment with documentation and QA
