What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own and continuously refine the credit strategy and policies for Tilt’s Brazilian business
  • Partner with the Data Science team to influence, develop and deploy risk models that drive business outcomes
  • Create frameworks, infrastructure and controls to run credit programs with high quality and resiliency
  • Work with Brazil and corporate leadership to shape growth plans and manage financial performance
  • Share learnings and coordinate with international credit teams in the Philippines, Mexico, India and the US
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and finance leaders to align credit initiatives with broader company goals
  • Recruit, hire and develop analysts to support the expanding credit operation

  • Proven experience leading and developing a team of analysts
