What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and continuously refine the credit strategy and policies for Tilt’s Brazilian business
- Partner with the Data Science team to influence, develop and deploy risk models that drive business outcomes
- Create frameworks, infrastructure and controls to run credit programs with high quality and resiliency
- Work with Brazil and corporate leadership to shape growth plans and manage financial performance
- Share learnings and coordinate with international credit teams in the Philippines, Mexico, India and the US
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and finance leaders to align credit initiatives with broader company goals
- Recruit, hire and develop analysts to support the expanding credit operation
Good Fit If You Have
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, able to present to executives
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of analysts
- Quantitative background in engineering, finance, computer science or mathematics
- Familiarity with the Brazilian market is a plus
- Based in São Paulo (preferred)
