The Forward Deployed Engineer works at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, delivering custom backend integrations for fintech and payment clients. You’ll embed with customers, translate compliance needs into code, and ship solutions that directly impact revenue.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Embed with key customers to understand onboarding, KYB and compliance workflows and turn them into technical solutions.
• Design, build and deploy custom integrations, new API endpoints, and data pipelines for individual clients.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from scoping through production release, often within a single day.
• Feed customer insights back to the core product team to shape roadmap and platform features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and complex vendor integrations in real time.
• Create reusable patterns, internal tooling, documentation and runbooks to accelerate future deployments.
