What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and data pipelines
- Design, build, and maintain production‑grade AI agents handling long‑context and error mitigation
- Lead a team of AI engineers: hiring, onboarding, technical reviews, and career development
- Establish engineering standards, documentation, and observability for AI services
- Collaborate with product, forward‑deployed engineers, and leadership to align AI capabilities with customer needs
