Aspora is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in Bangalore to own the reliability, scalability, and security of its global financial transaction platform. The role will design CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS/GCP infrastructure, and drive observability and incident response across a fast‑moving startup environment.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable deployments
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS (and optionally GCP) including networking, compute, storage, and security
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (or Pulumi/CDK) to ensure reproducible environments
• Set up and operate observability stacks—monitoring, alerting, and logging with Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Lead incident response, conduct post‑mortems, and drive reliability improvements
• Enforce security best practices such as secrets management, IAM policies, and vulnerability scanning
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or GKE)
• Collaborate with backend, mobile, and security engineers to support product velocity and compliance

Good Fit If You Have

• Fintech or payments industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Exposure to multi‑region or multi‑cloud deployments
• Experience with database operations (RDS, PostgreSQL, Redis)
