Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Reo.Dev seeks a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to own end‑to‑end accounting, compliance and investor reporting for its India‑US operations. The role blends day‑to‑day bookkeeping with strategic finance, reporting to the Operations Lead and working closely with the CEO and investors.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll and bank reconciliations for Indian and US entities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close, preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements per Ind AS/GAAP
  • Produce investor‑grade MIS reports covering ARR, MRR, burn rate, runway and other SaaS KPIs
  • Coordinate statutory audits, GST/TDS/commercial tax filings and ensure ROC and Companies Act compliance
  • Support the Company Secretary function, maintain statutory registers and draft board/shareholder resolutions
  • Prepare data rooms, respond to investor queries and assist due‑diligence for fundraising rounds
  • Monitor financial controls, expense policies, vendor payments and procurement approvals
  • Track SaaS‑specific metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin) and present insights to leadership
