What You'll Likely Work On

• Own technical pursuit strategy from discovery through signed contract on enterprise accounts
• Lead stakeholder discovery, executive demos, and value‑engineering analyses linking platform capabilities to business outcomes
• Design, execute, and manage end‑to‑end POCs, ensuring engineering readiness and clear milestone tracking
• Serve as the customer‑facing subject‑matter expert on freight audit, pay, and adjacent spend domains (3PL, logistics A/R, global trade)
• Demonstrate Freehand’s agentic AI capabilities and tiered feature rollout to technical and executive audiences
• Produce reusable executive‑grade collateral, security overviews, and RFP responses
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to feed feedback and ensure smooth handoff
• Maintain competitive intelligence and translate it into battle cards and objection‑handling guidance
