What You'll Likely Work On

• Build a top‑down financial model that integrates sales, implementations, product, talent, and capital pipelines
• Identify bottlenecks in each pipeline, quantify cost and ROI of remediation
• Create and maintain dashboards that surface leading indicators, conversion rates, and unit economics
• Partner with function heads to set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals tied to the model
• Run weekly functional reviews and fortnightly business reviews alongside the CEO
• Own strategic projects such as customer expansion, pricing, org design, and cost optimization
• Lead board meetings end‑to‑end: materials, narrative, follow‑ups, investor decks, and modeling
