Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth will own acquisition and conversion product pods, driving traffic quality and booking funnel performance for Bounce. You will translate growth strategy into data‑driven experiments, partnering with SEO, performance marketing, engineering and design to boost GMV.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing acquisition and conversion investments
  • Lead the Acquisition pod – improve discovery via SEO, AI search, paid landing pages and partnerships
  • Lead the Conversion pod – run CRO initiatives, A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile
  • Translate Bounce’s growth strategy into tactical, data‑informed product bets
  • Define and execute experimentation roadmaps to continuously lift funnel performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science and marketing to ship and iterate quickly
  • Use quantitative analysis and user research to uncover friction and inform roadmap decisions
  • Explore and enhance geospatial, location‑aware experiences for travelers
