We need a Solutions Architect to own the full journey from client discovery through signed scope to successful go‑live. The role sits at the intersection of sales, product, engineering and delivery, translating complex customer asks into clear, buildable plans. You will craft scopes of work, architecture diagrams and implementation plans while managing risk, timelines and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with prospects and customers
• Translate requirements into clear Scopes of Work, solution documents, workflow maps and architecture diagrams
• Define deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, acceptance criteria and change‑control processes
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery to ensure realistic and technically feasible commitments
• Configure client environments including connectors, user roles, approval flows and reporting settings
• Manage implementation readiness, testing, user acceptance, issue resolution and go‑live coordination
• Capture recurring customer asks and delivery risks to inform product roadmap
