What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, implement and maintain security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) using tools such as Scrut and Sprinto.
• Own end‑to‑end device lifecycle across Windows and Mac via MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, MobileIron, Apple Business Manager).
• Manage network architecture, DHCP, WAPs, firewalls, VPNs and internet connectivity for performance and uptime.
• Architect and operate backup, recovery and business‑continuity strategies.
• Lead threat detection, patch management, vulnerability assessments and incident‑response playbooks with NinjaOne and SentinelOne.
• Track, secure and optimise all laptops, servers and mobile devices across the organization.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with IT vendors and cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Engineering).
• Administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including identity, access and collaboration tools.

Good Fit If You Have

• Proven leadership of an IT team with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with NinjaOne, SentinelOne and major MDM platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience scaling IT systems in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR compliance processes.
