The role partners with founders, engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑velocity B2B SaaS solutions that drive measurable environmental impact.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Conduct discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, and market research
• Partner with engineering and design to create PRDs, user stories, and deliver high‑velocity releases
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile rituals while maintaining product quality
• Shape go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, positioning, and adoption for fintech and marketplace products
• Present product strategy and performance metrics directly to leadership and founders
• Mentor junior PMs and help evolve product processes and culture
• Define, monitor, and act on product KPIs using analytics and experimentation

Good Fit If You Have
