The Consultant – SME Coupa CCW leads functional and technical design of end‑to‑end contingent workforce processes on the Coupa platform. You will configure workflows, integrate HR/ERP systems, and ensure compliance and reporting for global enterprise clients.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and configure the full contingent workforce lifecycle—from requisition to off‑boarding—ensuring auditability and operational efficiency.
• Translate business demand into structured requisitions, approval workflows, and budget checks aligned with procurement governance.
• Build and maintain integrations between Coupa and HR/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP S/4HANA) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Create custom fields, forms, and business‑rule logic to capture workforce and supplier metadata.
• Implement data quality, transformation, and governance processes for master data consistency across systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to provide visibility into workforce spend and performance.
• Configure role‑based access controls and manage testing cycles to ensure production stability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, finance, and suppliers to enforce contract compliance and regulatory requirements.
