The IT Administrator will own day‑to‑day management of desktop, laptop, network and multi‑site connectivity for a growing enterprise. The role blends hands‑on troubleshooting, procurement guidance and vendor coordination to keep IT services secure, reliable and performant.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Diagnose and resolve OS issues, perform installations, patches, driver updates, and hardware repairs across Windows, macOS and Linux devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, endpoint security solutions, antivirus, encryption and firewall configurations to minimize downtime.
- Administer office LAN/WLAN infrastructure, troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts, VPN access and internet performance, and monitor network health.
- Configure firewall rules, VLANs and network access controls, and work with ISPs and vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
- Assess current infrastructure, recommend hardware/software upgrades, handle procurement, vendor evaluation, negotiations and license renewals.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, oversee hardware refresh cycles and procurement records.
- Design and implement connectivity between multiple offices using site‑to‑site VPN, SD‑WAN or MPLS, ensuring consistent policies and user experience.
- Set up shared resources such as file servers, printers and collaboration tools, and support office expansion projects.
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience with multi‑site network integration (SD‑WAN, MPLS).
- Holding certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS).
- Exposure to IT security best practices and monitoring tools.
- Ability to manage procurement budgets and vendor relationships.
