Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
The CloudOps Engineer L1 joins Comprinno’s Managed Services team to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AWS environments around the clock. You’ll handle alerts, incidents, and routine admin tasks while building expertise in cloud operations and AWS certifications.

Work Setup

What You'll Likely Work On
- Monitor AWS resources and respond to alerts within SLA
- Perform initial troubleshooting, create and update incident tickets
- Execute routine health checks, patching, backups, and operational changes
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams and support major incident handling
- Maintain monitoring configurations and assist with observability tools
- Implement basic security controls and conduct periodic access reviews
- Update runbooks, documentation, and knowledge‑base articles
- Participate in training, knowledge‑sharing, and continuous‑improvement initiatives
Good Fit If You Have
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect certification (preferred)
- Linux certifications such as RHCSA (preferred)
- Experience with Bash, Python, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Familiarity with IaC and ITIL processes (preferred)
