The Finance & Revenue Operations Manager will own end‑to‑end revenue accounting, AWS partner funding, budgeting and invoicing for a fast‑growing cloud services firm. Reporting to the CFO, the role blends chartered‑accountant expertise with business partnering and process automation across sales, delivery and operations.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Maintain and reconcile revenue data from HubSpot CRM, ensuring alignment with accounting records and accurate revenue recognition.
- Manage AWS funding programs – create, submit, track, and reconcile funding requests, and present status to AWS account teams.
- Prepare and own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial models for departmental and corporate planning.
- Partner with Sales leadership to validate pipeline assumptions, support revenue planning and monitor sales performance against targets.
- Oversee invoicing, credit notes, collections and DSO, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely cash realization.
- Support statutory, internal and partner audits; maintain audit‑ready documentation and internal financial controls.
- Drive process improvements and automation across CRM‑to‑Invoice‑to‑Cash workflows and financial reporting dashboards.
- Provide regular financial insights, MIS reports and presentations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience in AWS partner or cloud‑consulting finance environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Tally or Zoho Books.
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboards.
