The Head of Product Engineering & Platform will steer the engineering organization that builds and scales Comprinno's SaaS and AI platform portfolio. Reporting to the CTO, this leader defines strategy, drives platform scalability, and cultivates a high‑performance, AI‑enabled engineering culture.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Set engineering vision aligned with product roadmaps and translate it into predictable delivery plans
• Design and evolve the core platform that powers Tevico and future SaaS offerings, delivering reusable services, APIs and SDKs
• Govern architecture across all products, enforcing cloud‑native patterns, security, scalability and reliability standards
• Lead Agile planning, sprint execution, release management and continuous improvement of engineering predictability
• Introduce AI‑first tooling to accelerate coding, testing, documentation and debugging across the organization
• Implement modern DevSecOps practices, own CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, observable production operations
• Build, mentor and grow high‑performing engineering teams, defining career frameworks and fostering a culture of ownership
• Evaluate emerging cloud, AI and platform technologies, driving reusable IP and representing Comprinno in tech communities
