Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
The Product Enablement Specialist drives adoption of Zuddl’s event platform by designing and executing onboarding programs, delivering tailored training, and consulting on workflow implementation. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth go‑live, reduce churn risk, and continuously improve enablement processes.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Create and manage onboarding plans from kickoff to go‑live, tracking timelines and stakeholder engagement for SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise customers.
- Conduct live and recorded training sessions, and develop reusable videos, checklists, and documentation for event marketers and technical users.
- Partner with customers to translate business goals into optimal platform workflows and event configurations.
- Proactively identify adoption risks, work with CSMs to address issues, and relay feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Author and maintain onboarding playbooks, guides, and best‑practice documentation in Notion and the LMS, iterating with product updates.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing to align enablement assets and influence roadmap decisions.
