What You'll Likely Work On
- Track daily transaction volumes, values and key operational metrics for the US‑Stocks business.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards, flagging deviations and escalating breaches to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with internal partners, brokers and external stakeholders to resolve incidents and restore metric targets.
- Own end‑to‑end grievance handling, meeting defined turnaround times and driving root‑cause analysis of recurring issues.
- Support accurate and timely RAA payouts, ensuring reconciliation with finance teams.
- Capture customer pain points, translate them into actionable insights, and partner with product teams to improve processes.
Good Fit If You Have
- Background in banking, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or capital‑markets operations.
