What You'll Likely Work On

  • Build, train, evaluate and iterate ML models for task detection, workflow segmentation, pattern recognition and process discovery
  • Own the full modelling lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to model selection, hyperparameter tuning and validation
  • Design and run disciplined experiments with clear hypotheses and statistically rigorous evaluation
  • Develop and maintain production‑ready Python code and robust data pipelines on Spark/Databricks or equivalent platforms
  • Define data‑quality checks, monitor pipeline health, detect drift and proactively resolve issues
  • Partner with engineering, product and customer‑success teams to optimise ingestion, feature generation and model performance
  • Diagnose and fix model or data issues in customer environments and build internal diagnostic dashboards
  • Guide junior data scientists and analysts through code reviews, pair programming and knowledge‑sharing sessions
