• Build end‑to‑end value frameworks, from hypothesis through proof, and develop credible ROI models for CFO and Board audiences
• Create a solutions catalog of repeatable use cases with clear financial impact models and delivery playbooks
• Craft investment cases, value narratives, and ROI summaries that resonate with C‑level executives
• Lead executive workshops that use live operational data to drive strategic decisions
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to embed value tracking and sharpen the value proposition
