What You'll Likely Work On

• Reimagine the notifications platform to support agentic, event‑driven workflows
• Design backend services for contextual notifications triggered by agents, workflows, and product events
• Build primitives for triggering, routing, delivery, retries, deduplication, rate limiting, user preferences, and lifecycle management
• Partner with AI/Agent teams to translate product needs into scalable platform capabilities
• Improve developer experience through well‑designed APIs, self‑serve tooling, documentation, and integration workflows
• Expand observability across the notification lifecycle to track triggers, delivery, and success
• Ensure reliability and user trust by minimizing duplicate, stale, or noisy notifications
• Collaborate with infrastructure, product, design, support, and platform teams to deliver a seamless experience
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, engineering standards, and design discussions
