What You'll Likely Work On

• Redesign workflows across sales, ops, and care to remove friction and boost throughput
• Implement automation and adopt tools that improve accuracy and turnaround times
• Create repeatable playbooks for key processes as the business scales
• Run company‑wide programs spanning product launches, cost optimization, and customer experience
• Align teams, set clear metrics, and maintain execution momentum
• Partner with product and engineering to translate business needs into scalable tools
