Wormhole Labs seeks a Senior Counsel to own the end‑to‑end legal function, driving regulatory strategy, transactions, IP, and litigation while partnering closely with engineering, product, and finance in a remote‑first environment.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute regulatory strategy for US and key non‑US jurisdictions
- Lead M&A, strategic investments, financings, and joint‑venture deals
- Draft, negotiate, and operationalize the full commercial contract stack
- Provide employment‑law guidance on offers, contractor agreements, immigration, and separations
- Oversee IP strategy, open‑source licensing posture, and trademark portfolio
- Manage litigation, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and outside counsel
- Advise on privacy, data, and sanctions compliance across product surfaces
- Structure and maintain corporate architecture across multiple entities
- Serve as a business‑focused legal partner to engineering, product, BD, and finance
