What You'll Likely Work On

• Deploy and configure the on‑device AI platform across large enterprise PC fleets using Intune and SCCM.
• Diagnose and resolve complex BIOS, firmware, driver, and hardware‑level issues.
• Build and maintain PowerShell automation frameworks for large‑scale deployment and monitoring.
• Design and enforce MDM policy architecture via Microsoft Intune.
• Lead presales technical discovery, scope POCs, and present solutions to enterprise IT leaders.
• Own SLA governance for multiple accounts, managing expectations and escalations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and Sarvam’s product/engineering teams.
• Create and update deployment playbooks, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Mentor junior FDSE engineers and share technical best practices.
