CodeRabbit seeks a hands‑on Product Manager to own the Management Console – the hub for organization settings, access control, billing and onboarding. This high‑ownership, on‑site role drives the product vision, works closely with engineering and cross‑functional teams, and paves the way for future team leadership.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and ship the end‑to‑end experience for organization‑level settings, team management and review configuration
- Design and maintain a granular permission model, custom roles and audit logging for enterprise security
- Own the billing product – pricing display, seat licensing, plan upgrades/downgrades, invoicing and subscription edge‑cases
- Create and iterate the onboarding wizard, improving time‑to‑first‑review and setup completion rates
- Collaborate with engineering, design, Finance, Growth and Sales to align APIs, UI flows and revenue‑impacting features
- Ensure least‑privilege defaults, clear permission surfaces and compliance with audit requirements
