  • Develop interface circuits for sensors, actuators, and communication modules.

  • Support hardware documentation, design reviews, and engineering change requests.

  • Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component libraries.

2. PCB Design & Bring-Up

  • Assist in the design of multi-layer PCBs.

  • Support PCB fabrication and assembly activities.

  • Perform PCB bring-up and initial functional testing.

  • Debug hardware issues using laboratory test equipment.

  • Validate power rails, clock circuits, communication buses, and peripheral interfaces.

  • Assist in board-level troubleshooting and design improvements.

3. Sensor & Peripheral Integration

  • Interface with IMUs, GNSS receivers, barometers, magnetometers, temperature sensors, radios, and payload electronics.

  • Support integration of communication modules and telemetry systems.

  • Assist in wiring harness fabrication and connector assembly.

  • Support testing of embedded peripherals and subsystem interfaces.

  • Assist in calibration and validation of electronic sensors.

4. Hardware Testing & Validation

  • Assist in functional, environmental, and qualification testing.

  • Support vibration, thermal, and EMI/EMC testing activities.

  • Develop test procedures and maintain laboratory records.

  • Collect and document test data.

  • Investigate hardware failures and assist with root cause analysis.

  • Support hardware verification before flight operations.

5. Flight Operations Support

  • Support avionics integration into the flight vehicle.

  • Assist in pre-flight electrical system checkouts.

  • Support launch campaigns and recovery operations.

  • Help inspect avionics hardware following flight tests.

  • Participate in refurbishment and hardware upgrades between missions.

  1. 6. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Electrical & Avionics, Embedded Systems, Flight Software, GNC, Systems Engineering, Mechanical, and Test teams.

  • Learn from senior engineers through hands-on development work.
